Reporting:To Managing Director / Director / HR Admin Head
Required Qualification: 12 th or Graduate in any stream.
Required Experience:
At least 0 to 2 years in similar field
Required Skills/Qualities:
Pleasant Personality, fluency in English, good
Communication skills, Computer Literate.
Position Summary:
o The candidate will be in charge of Reception & responsible
o for communication Telephonic & direct between outsiders &
o staff within office.
Job Description:
1. Handling EPBX system
2. Attending all Incoming / Outgoing Calls & transfer the same in particular Department.
3. Maintain Inward / Outward (Courier / Post) Register & distribute the same in particular Department.
4. Attend Client / Visitors & guide them to concern Authorities / persons
5. Handling Difficult Clients.
