Need HR Executive for a Consulting Firm Full Time

Responsible for closing all open positions within the service line with in TAT and defined cost structure

– Source profiles through various channels for effective closure of open positions

– Conducting effective HR interviews

– Coordinate interviews with the hiring managers locally and globally

– Offer management

– Post offer management

– Data management & reporting

Essential Functions of the Job :

– As an individual contributor will be responsible for end to end recruitment delivery across levels within the service line.

– Interact with candidates, conduct screening and HR interview

-Extend offers and negotiate (as/ when needed) with candidates

-Ensuring closing all the requirements within timelines and ensuring that we meet our time to fill

– Day to day tracking and submitting data / reports

– Responsible for closing all open positions within the service line with in TAT and defined cost structure
