Position : Head of Sales & Business Development
Location: Pune
Academic Qualifications: ME / BE (Automobile /Mechanical)
Experience Profile: 8-15 yrs experience.
Reporting to : Managing Director
Responsibilities
Acquiring New Customers to grow Indian business in domestic markets (Grow MS%, improve Margin%)
Responsible for Domestic Sales growth.
Responsible for AR, Improving Product margin, Reducing selling costs (control)
Recommending Product positioning, pricing strategies for different sectors.
Responsible for NPI right from RFQ to Delivery.
Long term, yearly, quarterly, monthly business planning & forecasting.
Improving Customer satisfaction, Customer Relationship Management Coordinate, set priorities for customers needs inside the orgn. With Supply Chain, Plant. (VOC)
Identification of New Business opportunities- By conducting Market scan, competition analysis, market intelligence & to propose tactics.
Competencies/ Capabilities Required
Should have been in similar role in Auto component sales business in a growth oriented set up.
Well versed with M&HCV market/players, & construction equipment market/players & Agriculture segments.
Should be a engaging, positive communicator having strong interpersonal skills.
