Eligibility Criteria:
Graduate + Min 6 Months of outbound sales Experience.
Proven experience in outbound sales, preferably in the insurance industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Age till 30
Salary Range: 14k to 21k Net + Unlimited Incentives.
Job Role:
Primary responsibility will be to proactively reach out to potential customers, build rapport, and persuade them to purchase insurance coverage tailored to their needs.
Conduct outbound calls to generate leads and identify potential customers.
Develop a deep understanding of our insurance products and services.
Engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner.
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients through effective communication and follow-up.
Address customer questions and objections to facilitate the sales process.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
