Role Designation- Technology Support Specialist

Responsibilities-

Implement support activities in line with client needs and architectural requirements.
Ensure continual knowledge management.,
Adherence to the organizational guidelines and processes.

Technical and Professional Requirements-
Work experience in the range of 2 to 4 yrs in IT industry
Minimum 3 years of experience in application support
, Atleast 2 years of experience in Unix, Data Base(SQL)

Expertise on shell scripting
Basic programming knowledge (understand, debug, Troubleshoot) in one of (Java/C/C++)
Strong Analytical skills
, Excellent communication skills

Ready to work in 24X7 support model.

JD for Mainframe Testing.

Work as Developer/Support Team member for the AS400/Mainframe based development projects

2) Should be Technically strong and able to guide/mentor other developers in the team

3) Engage with Offshore Lead on providing regular status updates and timely inputs

4) Interact with Onshore peers and Business Leads to understand the project requirements

5) Integration Testing on the components being worked

6) Dedicated and takes ownership of the tasks being assigned

7) Should attend any calls related to the project and engage with the team, thus showcasing TEAM WORK.
