Investor Relations Communication
Meeting with Investors and attending conferences
Structuring Business Meetings. Improving the quality of Dashboards with greater emphasis being laid on strategy formulation.
Keeping up-to-date investor presentations and maintaining all IR data and IR website.
Investor Relations Analysis
Taking control of all IR activities including Quarterly Results, preparing Earnings Release and Investor FAQs.
Financial modelling maintaining company’s financial model and keeping it regularly updated according to company guidance and quarterly results.
Monitoring all relevant business KPI to keep a sound control over business dynamics.
Participation in AOP formulation and comparison of budget vs actuals on monthly basis. Writing down reasons for deviations along with corrective measures.
