Consultant/Principal Consultant Full Time

Sound technical knowledge and experience of conducting detailed energy audits in large and small scale different industrial sectors
Experience of conducting detailed energy audits in designated sectors such as Thermal Power Plant, Cement, Iron Steel, Textile, Pulp and Paper etc. covered under the PAT scheme
Experience of conducting Mandatory Energy and MV audit of DCs covered under PAT scheme
Capable of independently managing expectation of client including measurement, field work analysis, calculation, quality of deliverables and presentation
Experience of development and implementation of Energy Services Contracts is desirable
Developing project plans, goals, and budgets; identifying resources needed
Organising and managing all phases of the project to ensure on-time completion
Co-ordinating and managing project team members; assigning individual responsibilities
Leading and coaching employees; cultivating a motivated cooperative and evolutionary culture of trust, teamwork, accountability, self-confidence and growth
Responsible for maximize utilisation of resources
Sound project management skill sets
