Handle end-to-end recruitment life cycle from sourcing, screening for internal hirings.
Conduct phone screens & initial in-person Interviews
Track & Fill multiple open positions in the least possible time
Handle post recruitment activities like, Joining /On boarding/ Induction formalities.
Follow-up and co-ordinate with various departments on HR issues.
Requisite Skills & Experience
Hands on 0.6-.3yrs experience in Hardcore Recruitment.
Should have thorough knowledge of Job Portals like Naukri (Keyword search, Boolean search, Mass mails, job postings etc)
Expert in scheduling personal & telephonic interviews.
Expert in making daily phone calls for head hunting
