Job & Responsibilities :

An agency sales manager’s primary responsibility is to manage agency channel sales for the company.
Planning and target setting for the agent sales team.
Recruitment and management of agency channel team members.
Training, motivating and development of team members

Describe Candidate Profile :

Proven work experience in agency channel
Male & Female – both are suitable with agency channel experience.
Should be excellent in convincing and team management skills.

Preferred Candidates – Any Life /Health / General Insurance Candidates/Brock Channel

CTC – Upto – 3.5Lac+ Incentive + 35K reimbursement
