Role: International Voice Process_Associate
Location: Navi Mumbai
Qualification: Graduation with Strong communication skills in English.
Experience : Fresher can apply
Age : 30 max

JD:
Assist client
Have customer facing experience & experience of using telephony to speak with clients
Ensure and maintain the security and confidentiality of client data.
Update client applications accurately and quickly in accordance with the appropriate User Guides.MS Office and Excel skills

Working Conditions US/UK Hours
Candidate should be willing to work in Rotational Night shifts.
5 days working with 2 rotational week offs
10hrs shift
Pickup and drop will be provided
