Key areas of responsibilities:
1) Responsible for accomplishing project objectives with regard to scope, time, cost and quality
3) Track, publish and present the status of the project periodically
4) Coordinate with team members from multiple departments to achieve project objective
5) Train and conduct workshops on new processes or tools
6) Develop/document processes related to new processes
7) Manage stakeholders expectations from multiple countries and departments
8) Provide thought leadership on HR best practices such as employee satisfaction, employee sentiment management, coaching etc.
9) Prepare presentations and deliver to top management
10) Discuss and convince top management on new processes
11) Analyse data (using excel) and provide meaningful insights
Desired Skills: PMP or Prince Certification, Management Consulting experience, Customer facing, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification, MS Excel Skill, Experience in Minitab, Visio, ARIS, R etc.
