With an on-goining thrust on improving the quality of the agents with our vendor partners, Flipkart has outsourced part of its hiring process and soft skill training to temporary staff who will not be on Flipkart payrolls. The recruitment specifications and guidelines will be provided by the core AQ team and the staff will be governed by core AQ team at Flipkart.
Objective
The said position is responsible for interviewing applicants for consultant positions throughout the company, identify training needs among the existing consultants from Soft Skills perspective. This document aims at screening individuals who have good communication skills and the ability to understand and select the right resource for the right job to enhance customer experience.

This job operates in a professional shift base office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and headphones.
Core Responsibilities
Implement overall recruiting strategy.
Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
Assess applicants relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
Minimum Requirements
This screening will be done by core AQ team and HR team and only candidates meeting all the criteria will be selected.
Proven work experience ( 2 years of telephonic hiring experience)
Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress etc)
Hands on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, Personal interview and various behavior assessments)
Familiarity with Candidate Management System.
Hands-on experience with recruiting software.
Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
Strong decision-making skills
Preference – Multi lingual: Hindi & English(Mandatory),Kannada,Tamil,Telugu Malayalam (Not compulsory)
Ability to frame questions / scenarios to assess behaviors and communication proficiency
Ability to monitor and coach agents on language – sentence construction, grammar, rate of speech, clarity of speech, pronunciation and call control
Ability to give constructive and direct feedback to agents concerning communication and soft skills Ability to identify basic call handling issues and introduce effective means for improvement
Understands principles of building rapport with the customer by using transition statements, verbal nods, small talk, tone, courtesy and empathy
Work with internal partners to identify agents with coaching opportunities
Ability to create content if required
Well versed with MS Office Tools and working knowledge of applicable customer contact systems
Recruitment Process
The candidates shortlisted by HR team will go through 3 rounds of interview.
Each round will have 2 panelist.
The panelists can be from Training, Comm Team and PM.
The interviews will be conducted in English and Hindi with the interviewer switching between both languages along with the preferred regional language (Not Compulsory)
Each round will have a weight age and be an elimination round.
Candidates not meeting the required criteria will not go through further rounds.
Rejected candidates cannot apply for the next 6 months.
