Level one technical support for leading Internet Service Provider for US client
Troubleshooting incident management, Risk management,
Resolving network issues for B2B, B2C customers
Will be working for one of largest and leading Internet Service Provider in US
Will be in-charge in Software and Hardware installation
Providing timely and accurate customer feedback
Following up with clients to ensure the problem is resolved
