Roles & Responsibilities,

The Role As a web developer you should have solid technology skills across a broad range of tools,
Develop interacve, stable, high quality web applicaons through the use of HTML/HTML5, CSS3, jQuery and PHP for all web mediums
Work closely in funconal units to execute the vision of the business leaders in terms of funconality and user experience;
Provide soluons, develop and maintains websites, and other related internal and external acvies;
Helps develop IT requirements for web applicaons including overall tech strategy for the company;
Responds rapidly to connuous changes and real-me updates required to web sites
Conduct internal trainings & knowledge sharing regularly
1-2 years of experience with your favourite language(s) – preferably PHP. Perfect command on wordpress and PHP (For theme Development and plugin development)
Perfect Command on HTML, CSS, JQuery and Java script (For front-end web design)
Good knowledge in API integraons with third party soware and CRMs (For connec- on between wordpress and third party tools)
Working experience on page builders like Elementor, Thrive Themes, Beaver builder etc.
Understand current web development standards & soware development paradigms;
Proven track record of successfully delivering high quality web soware at scale;
Strong interpersonal, communicaons and presentaon skills; Performance Review A review aer every quarter,
Good understanding of program/project management techniques and styles
Multask oriented and very well organized
Proficient analycal skills
Excellent root cause analysis problem solving skills
Works well under pressure developing key features for high volume business crical financial systems
Good communicaons skills Addional skills Knowledge of any membership plugins like Memberium, Memberspress, Accessally etc. Knowledge of some CRMs like Infussionso, Acve- campaign, Ontraport etc. Knowledge of SEO like Google Analycs, Tag manager, Facebook Pixel
