Job Description: –
Is responsible for managing the manpower requirement in the region as per the Job Role available. Attracting, selecting and fulfilling open positions in the region and managing stakeholders
Daily candidate calling, tracker updation, footfall generation
Will be responsible for bulk recruitment, Sales force recruitment for the region
1. Manage Job posting in different Job Portals.
2. Short listing of resumes from Portals and other sources.
3. Vendor Management
4. Bulk Hiring Strategies
5. Interact with the Candidates over phones and mails.
6. Scheduling Interview.
7. Calling and follow up till closure.
Desired Candidate Profile
Any Graduate with 3-5 yrs of experience in BPO recruitment / Sales recruitment / IT / NON -IT
Industry: BPO / Call Centre / ITES
Designation: Senior HR Recruiter(Preferably Male Candidates)
Candidate should have a good communication skill in English and other regional languages.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Internet.
Salary- According to company standards
