Job Description 1.QA/QC activities for Fabrication precision component inspection work of Custom-built mission-critical projects for Nuclear, Defense Windmill Projects. Performing all inspection activities in shop floor.
2.Perform interpret LPT, MPI UT of welds
3.Ability to use all precision measuring instruments like Dial Bore gauge, DVC, Micrometer, Height gauge, Optical ,Laser Instrument etc. in precision Inspection. Also conversant with fabrication measurement tools like weld gauge, profile template, layout, plumb, twines ball thread etc. Hands on ability to inspect fabricated jobs.
4.Keeping vigilance on shop to ensure QAP compliance.
5.SOP compliance of shop to ensure appropriate welding consumables qualified welders are deployed in shop.
6.Targeted Kaizens: Identify areas of improvement for cycle time reduction do continual improvement through shop floor Kaizens innovations.
7.Implementation of Self inspection on shop by incorporating fool proofing measures.
8.System Understanding to comply with IMS.
9.Dedicated to meet departmental goal of Zero Incidents.
10.Machining marking and allowance compliances using conventional and non conventional methods
