Key Responsibilities To ensure accuracy and timeliness in Finance function

– Tracking, monitoring and evaluating day – to – day accounting tasks and activities

– Overseeing and reviewing works done by the finance team in Asia

To prepare & review MIS & related schedules

– Consolidation of Monthly Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet and cashflow

– Consolidation of weekly LTM and cash flow

– Analysis of variance compared to budget, forecasts and previous year

– Consolidation of rolling forecast for profit and cashflow

– Capex Feasibility study reviews

To Prepare Annual Budget & Strat Plans

Detailed working and back – up calculations for preparation of Annual budget & Strat Plans of plants.

Liaison & co – ordinate with other functions & collect budgetary requirements.

Preparation of underlying assumptions which forms the basis of Budget & Strat Plan.

To Improve internal control environment & ensure full Compliance with Corporate Governance requirements.

Suggest ways and means to improve the internal control framework

Ensure Compliance with GKN Policies

To co – ordinate Internal, Corporate, & Statutory Audits.

– – Timely closure of audit observations and follow – ups.

– – Timely submission of GRIP CA or MBA Finance from Good Institute 10 – 12 Years of experience
