We are inviting applications for the role of Process Developer, Quality Assurance – Customer Service + Sales
We re looking for someone with strong work ethic, and the ability to work well both independently and within the context of a larger collaborative environment.

Responsibilities
Provide resolution to maintain standards of quality
Recognize trends and patterns and raise issues timely
Provide insights to help improve the support to the users
Maintain a thorough understanding of process and policies
Provide excellent customer service to our customers
Giving required information of a defect to agents to fix it
Regular team huddles, recalibration session and surprise checks to ensure accuracy of different processes
Establish feedback loop between agents, SME/QC, and management
Assist with monitoring and tracking incidents to ensure resolution occurs within the customer Service Level Agreement
Seek routine problems, largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines
Ability to independently research, analyze, and recommend solutions to close open items and discrepancies with client
Outstanding analytical and investigative skills combined with the ability to navigate through ambiguity in a fast-paced, multifaceted environment
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum qualifications
Any Graduate (PG an added advantage)
Proficient in English & Telugu Read/Write/Speak
Previous working exp in quality checks in Digital marketing/Search Engine Marketing for large
