Greeting visitors, clients and vendors and directing them to the respective team Guiding and Monitoring office assistants and housekeeping staff Preparing Handover letter for Couriers and coordinating with courier agencies to ensure courier deliverables Ensuring sufficient office supplies – stationeries, office equipment (including preparing workstation with computers and necessary kits for new joinees) and other office needs Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, printing and posting Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system Perform data entry as per department needs and maintain useful databases for the departments Assist in resolving any administrative problems Communicating with relevant agencies to make travel arrangements including booking of flight tickets, cabs, hotel rooms for Directors and Employees business trips Interacts with directors and carries out their requests Assist on any ad-hoc tasks as required by the department and the Directors Coordinating with external vendors for bill payment and other business requirements Location and shift details:
The position will be based out of Chennai, however, the candidate must be flexible to travel within the city as per the business requirement. Shift timings would be 9:30 am – 6.15 pm, however, should be flexible to occasional stretch and working over the weekends Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
