Mainframes Developer Full Time

Mainframe COBOL programming language, JCL language, utilities DFSORT, IDCAMS, Credit Card system preferably Card Link Version 1 – support Visa/MC products/functions, support NCCC functions, support Union Pay products/functions.Code / modify the source code based on specifications for complex or specialized modules.
Resolve technical interface issues
Follow up each issue to closure
Drive and implement preventive measure to prevent severity incidents
Ensure that preventive measure is taken to prevent severity incidents
Manage inventory records
Ensure that SLAs are achieved
Develop tools for debugging and troubleshooting
Prepare MIS for Remedy analysis and appropriate action taken
Ensure that repository of issues resolved is maintained
Perform root cause analysis of incidents and maintain repository for future use
Coordinate with IT Service Centre for resolution of issues
Ensure that back up and disaster recovery plans are executed
