Working under the guidance of the MCRF leadership team to implement project activities in the target locations, including;
Coordinating projects (agri/horti) linked field activities in the assigned districts;
Provide technical assistance and supervisory support (project site coordinator) to farming communities engaged in implementing project activities;
Conduct field trials and demonstrations in the assigned district areas;
Collect data, conduct analyses and maintain records and data compilation of all project activities;
Organize and coordinate trainings for farming communities and local partner agencies;
Assist in preparing periodic progress reports, arrange materials for technical papers and presentations for meetings and annual reports as needed for donors, project beneficiaries, and partners.

Competencies:
Good working knowledge of agriculture (farm and crop management skills) especially local vegetable cultivation;
Strong written and verbal communication skills in Telugu and English;
Skilful in using various software (MS Word, MS Excel) and exposure to handling variety evaluation trials;
Energetic and enthusiastic personality with an urge to improve agricultural systems and personal skills;
Strong team player and willing to work as part of an extended team comprising several agencies.
