Manage employee queries in mailbox, responding where answers known or escalating where unknown, filing when closed out etc. Take and write up minutes in employee forums, maintain email distribution list for assigned employee population Manage requests for individual meetings, including scheduling and room booking Maintain register of individual employee t’s and c’s for assigned employee population including agreed buy-out for creation of contracts Track return of signed contracts and file in employee files Update HRIS with new employee terms and conditions once agreed Maintain email distribution list of employees within assigned employee population, managing starters and leavers Any other general admin as required in support of the project
