Assistant Manager/Manager – Project Sales (Architect & Engineering Consulting) should be Graduate + PG in Marketing with 5+ years experience in the Engineering/Architecture/ Infrastructure Consulting industry.
Candidates Profile:
Prior similar experience and demonstrated skills in Business Development;
Excellent speaking, presentation and persuasion skills;
Excellent networking skills with ability to establish contact at MD/CXO and building relationships to win new projects;
Good understanding of one or more of the given markets – Real Estate, Infrastructure, Aviation, Healthcare, Education, Hospitality along with high-level ;
Transferable contacts and relationships with companies in target sectors shall be a plus
Ability to tirelessly chase new business opportunities and follow up to closure ;
Tendering & Bid Management:
Track Tenders/RFPs for new bids / design competitions.
Manage bidding process, form JVs/Consortiums with partner firms, prepare bid documents, follow-up with client/partners till bid submission.
For successful bids manage work delivery between partners and internal team.
Strategic Alliances:
Scan selected target markets (Infrastructure, Real Estate, Aviation, Metro Rail, Commercial, Education, etc.) for opportunities and identify partners (local/international) for strategic tie-ups.
Form MoUs/JVs with Architecture / Engineering / Infrastructure firms to expand geographic/sectoral reach and firm capabilities.
