Job Description:
The incumbent will be responsible for achieving assigned sales targets.
Represent Exide Life Insurance Direct marketing channel and its value proposition to all customers as per the vision and values of the organization and channel
Key Accountabilities:
Work on assigned leads and generate referrals from every visit made to customer
Offer best in class sales experience while onboarding customers
Achieve sales targets as assigned by the organization month-on-month basis
Cross sell and up sell Exide Life Insurance products based on the life cycle needs of the customers and as defined by the organization.
Meeting the customers to solicit insurance products based on appointments in the course of daily activities
Ensure that reports are maintained/updated regularly on Lead Management System
Ensure that a comprehensive financial need analysis of customers is done and provide insurance solutions based on analysis
Strict adherence to organizations policies and processes.
Provide accurate forecasts, updates and requested reports to reporting manager
Adhere to a proper business work ethic
Skills, Knowledge & Qualifications:
2 to 4 years of work experience in direct sales with at least 2yrs experience in Life Insurance.
Should be a Graduate ( any discipline) with sales background
Demonstrate competence in target marketing to specific prospects
Good influencing and negotiation skills.
Should be mobile savvy and must carry an android phone
2 Wheeler is must
Age below 30 yrs
