1) Candidate having experience of heading the entiremanufacturingsetup of an organization

2) Man Management should be mandatory in previous role

3) Should be able to ensure adherence tomanufacturingplan in order to achieve themanufacturingtarget on quarterly/half yearly/Annual targets

4) He would be responsible for PL of themanufacturingdivision

5) Should have good communication skills ( Kannada /English)
