Communication Associate (Tele-calling) Full Time

What you ll do,

Have to make calls to the colleges that are in our database to verify their respective phone numbers and get the required information from the sources within the deadlines.,

Identify prospects by reading telephone and zip code directories and other prepared listings.,

Responsible for handling Outbound / Inbound calls and provide sales related information to customers. ,

Represent the company by making calls over phone and updating customer records. ,

Handle queries and objections to initiate, engage and complete the process while maintain excellent customer rapport.,

Maintain and develop relationships with the customers via telephone calls and emails.,

Verify the accuracy and the credibility of the information.,

Identify and overcome objections.
