Graphic Designer Web Designer Full Time

Bdiapers are India’s only cloth diaper which are disposable, environment friendly, fashionable and rash free. The disposable inserts ( the form the diaper) are dioxin, chemical, dye and perfume free and making them the healthiest disposable diapers available in India.

Our team is looking for a passionate and driven graphic designer to take our brand to the next level and help raise awareness about the healthy disposable diapers. We prefer creative folks who are photoshop/ illustrator pros and open to the idea of working in a startup in multiple roles ( would also include managing social media handle and website)

The key responsibilities are:

1.Manage all marketing collateral; online and offline media including banners, posters, promotions, brochures, flyers, One pagers and such
2.Managing social media creatives and basic videos and GIFs for all paid search and youtube campaigns
3.Managing website look and feel and learning how to navigate the template on shopify
Proficient in Design software sch as adobe photoshop , coral Draw and Illustrator

4.Be able to create simple videos for brand visibility and recognition

Proficient in adobe photoshop creative suite and Corel Draw

Ideal candidate will have worked in a startup environment . He should be a go getter and be able to wear multiple hats. He should be passionate about the environment and experience with a baby brand is preferable but not necessary

Some other requirements ( good to have , not necessary )

Working knowledge of creating email marketing templates and interest in social media marketing ( experience not necessary)
2. Basic sense of creativity and taste for clean and elite design
3. Passion for fashion ! Especially high end fashion
4. Passon for eco friendly products/ knowledge and interest in saving the environment.
5. Love for babies!
