Location : Bodakdev, Ahmedabad Reports to : VP – Finance Direct/ Indirect Reports : Direct: 1 Vacancy : 1 Role: Accounts Statutory Compliances Business Finance Costing and Cost Optimization Add value by inducting best practices, continuously work on optimizing business processes and financial reporting Manage MIS through SAP / similar ERP Responsibilities: To manage day to day operations of accounts, finance and statutory compliances To do Project Costing and Feasibility Analysis To work closely with other functions and drive AOBP (Annual Operating Business Planning) process. Shall be responsible for adherence of AOBP (Annual Operating Business Planning) To prepare submit monthly, quarterly and yearly financial statements MIS To carry out Statutory and Tax Audit To control budgets To do gap analysis between plan v/ s actual and prepare action plan To work with cross functional teams for specific assignments from time to time Desired Candidate Profile: Experience Expertise: 5 – 7 Years Educational Qualification Preferred Certifications: Chartered Accountant Functional Technical Requirements: Good understanding and experience in managing accounts, tax and MIS. Good at spreadsheets, modelling and power point presentations; Orientation towards best practices, design and implementation of systems / processes across key functions.
