4. Accounts and Administration Manager ( Job Code: Accounts & Admin)
Degree in accounting with atleast 2 years of experience performing admin and accounting duties. Your role as Accounts and Admin manager will include preparations of sales & purchase documents, maintaining and updating all financial transactions, Preparation, filing and payment of statutory government taxes such as PTO, VAT, Service Tax and migration to GST. In addition you will be responsible for payments and receipts, communication with banks, salary processing, maintaining expenses, updating accounts in Tally, coordinating with company auditor and other accounting activities. You should be well versed in use of Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook, have knowledge of Tally software, GST applications and online filing. You must have a keen eye for documentation and a good command of English is essential. Training will be provided on the job.
