Roles and Responsibilities
Expert level experience on Zoho.com
Solid Experience in Zoho Creator tool
Experience in working with different Zoho products
Create custom Zoho apps to automate processes
Well versed in creating customer portal, HTML page views, creating dashboards, creating reports, embedding forms/reports/pages, email, SMS campaigns.
Ability to work collaboratively in an Agile environment comprising of cross functional and cross vendor teams, and deliver to aggressive timelines
Experience in technical roles on at least 4 to 5 full-lifecycle Zoho implementations, with strong expertise in Zoho products
Experience in writing SOQL and SOSL queries
Knowledge of Security, Sharing, Profiles, and Roles
Strong background with Object-Oriented programming languages, and knowledge of a server
Experience developing advanced business logic solutions using Zoho
Comfortable providing time estimates and managing feedback loops.
Ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical individuals.
Driven to rigorously test and refine code to get the design right.
Monitor and preview implementation of junior developer code review and best code practices
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelors or Master s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
2+ Years of experience as a team member of successful software project implementations related to SaaS, CRM and Integrations with Zoho
Excellent spoken & written English, willingness to work in night shift, interact with clients.
