Overseeing the recruitment of new sales and retail staff. Responsible for induction programs for new staff members, conducting appraisals and performance reviews, as well as providing or organizing training and development. Managing and motivating team to increase sales and ensure efficiency. Floor management and customer service handling Strategizing the business forward to achieve significant turnover and profitability in 6 stores. Analyzing and interpreting trends to facilitate planning & merchandising. Ensuring considerable portion of existing market & increasing sales turnover on YOY. Controlling shrinkage, wages, write-off, cost control and store expenditure. Marketing activities by organising special promotional events, by liaising with local schools, newspapers and the community in general. Managing stock levels and making key decisions about stock control. Strict adherence to SOP. Attending meetings taking reviews (Weekly, Monthly) with the Executives. Employee engagement activities to boost & retain employees for the organization. Updating colleagues on business performance, new initiatives and other pertinent issues. Maintaining awareness of market trends in the retail industry, understanding forthcoming customer initiatives. Salary: INR 3,25,000 – 3,75,000 P.A.
