Responsibilities and Duties
Independent welcoming and addressing of all customers and visitors, and ensuring that they are looked after throughout their visit.
Maintenance of a friendly atmosphere and ensuring orderliness and cleanliness in the reception areas.
Reception of unannounced customers according to the standards.
Reading of customers wishes, arranging appointments, forwarding customers to the required colleagues, and offering alternative, substitute services.
Looking after customers in the event of waiting times and ensure none of customer is kept waiting beyond 20 minutes for CSA attendance
Recording and documentation of customer data with the support of operation-dependent lists or databases.
Support in the provision of advice, the sales of accessories not requiring assembly and accessories within the service reception and showroom area.
Support in the provision of advice, the promotion of VAS within the service reception and showroom area.
Support in the provision of advice, the promotion of Service Packages within the service reception and showroom areaRequired Experience, Skills and Qualifications
