JD for the position of Sales Executive – MSME (Business Loan)
Job Role: Sales Officer / Executive.
Reporting to – Designation and Grad : SALES MANAGER – MSME
Main Tasks:
1. Daily Sales Calls as per plan shared by SM.
2. Generate customer leads.
3. Lead conversion to Sales.
4. Collect relevant data points& documents for credit assessment from the customers.
Areas of Responsibility:
1. Monthly Sales Target achievement.
2. cross selling of other products to MSME customers .
3. Adhere lending norms and integrity in customer transactions.
4. Soft bucket collection responsibility.
5. Active participation in BTL activities.
Special Requirements (if any) : Understanding the sales & credit process of Micro/small MSME loans. Basic understanding on Balance Sheet, P&L.”
PERSONAL SPECIFICATION
Educational Qualification : Any graduate
Skill Sets: Unsecured Micro /small ticket /Biz loan Sales & distribution background. LAP product Sales Experience (Desirable)
Communication Skills: Excellent communication Skills English language fluency – both verbal and written.
