Position: -Business Associate

Job Responsibilities:-

Communicate with clients over call & chat through Skype and provide them support
Demonstrate services offered by the company online
Showcase the benefits of the memberships and other paid services
Convince clients to upgrade their listing from free to paid
Meet and exceed targets as assigned periodically
No miss-selling/fraud or any other losses or errors while assisting the customer

Candidate Profile:-

Candidate should have good communication skills in English both written and verbal as well.
Should have a go-getter attitude.
Convincing skills should be there

General Shift:- 9.30Am to 6.30 pm (Mon to Sat)
