Job Description:-

To Handle the PAN India Property Sites
The person will be responsible for managing the facility operations of the site. Also he
Will be responsible for developing and maintaining positive client relationships.
Conducts client meetings on unresolved facility issues in an expeditious and professional manner.
Communicates to clients regarding property profiles, emergency preparedness plans, site inspections, facility audits, work order progress reports, and other related reports.
Management of general discipline in the estate.
Liasoning with govt. authorities and taking necessary approvals whenever required.
Managing smooth maintenance of electro mechanical equipment in the estate.
Overseeing & controlling housekeeping, horticulture, security and sanitation.
Ensuring collection of dues from the residents on regular basis.
Vendor development & management for maintenance & renovations in the estate.
MIS generation & presentation to the management.
Leading FM Team with exemplary time management & work Management as benchmark for the team.
Managing operation & maintenance of the site including all zones of estate.
Regular review the activities of maintenance, housekeeping, security & horticulture.
Arrange & organize training to on-site teams as required.
Ensuring all safety procedures including firefighting equipment, fire detection system and other technical equipments is followed strictly.
Ensuring maintenance of crisis management emergency procedures.
Vendor Management and developing vendors keeping company interest & quality standards.
Coordination & analysis for purchase of materials.
Should have functioning knowledge with MEP team.
Promote & foster positive relationship with residents.
Managing cost center of site by generation of CAM and payment realization from client.
