Desktop and Server Support Engineer Full Time

Installation of software in the end user computers

2-Manual installation of Virus DAT/Engine or OS/Application patches wherever automatic updates fail

3-Attend virus related issues reported by end users

4-Installation Operating system or configuring desktops/Laptops

5-Working knowledge of office automation products and computer peripherals, like printers and scanners

6-email account configuration in MS outlook

7-Perform hands-on fixes at the desktop level, including installing and upgrading software, implementing file backups, and configuring systems and applications.

8-Experience with desktop operating systems including Microsoft, and Mac OS X

9-Extensive application support experience.

10-Working knowledge of a range of diagnostic utilities

11-Assist users with Outlook, Word, Excel and other MS Office Application issues

12-Maintain Printers, ink replacement, driver installation, and general troubleshooting

13-Candidate should have knowledge in Installation, configuration, Troubleshooting, server backup

14-Should be good in creating new directories in server

15-Hands on experience on Active Directory

16-Should have hands on experience in server maintenance

17- Should have knowledge of DNS,DHCP ,Group Policy

18- Should have basic knowledge of Router, Switch, Firewall and Access point.
