Sr. Software Developer – Oracle Identity & Access Management Full Time

Education: Computer Science,Computer Application,IT, Masters degree preferred, college not a must if other skills are present
To be successful in this role an individual will be required to have:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science or equivalent is required.
2 years experience with developing JAVA based software applications
Knowledge of hand-written HTML to develop web-based UI (JavaScript and DHTML a plus)
Can develop, create, and modify software applications
Analyze user needs and develop software solutions
Develop and direct software system testing and validation procedure, programming and documentation
Coordinate software system installation and monitor equipment functioning to ensure specifications are met
Consult with client about software design and maintenance
Design software or customize software for client use with the aim of optimizing operational efficiency
Desired Development Skills:
Understanding of core java,Servlet,Jsp and data-structure.
OIM ,Weblogic ,SOA composite
Oracle,mysql databases,Spring
Excellent written/verbal communication skills
Java,J2EE,JSP,Servlet,,SQL,XML,Webservice
JSF, JavaScript, Hibernate, CSS,SAML,LDAP
Though not required, the following experience would be helpful:
Experience with directory-based services like eDirectory, AD etc.
Familiarity with access & identity management, single sign-on, portal, federation, and security concepts (SAML).
Experience with other programming languages and application servers a plus.
Experience with JDBC, SQL and XML
