HR Meter – Justification for hiring new hire /replacement position
1. Criticality of the position: High criticality, heading nursing as a second line, and also doing other job description such as Patient safety officer, Camp Co-ordinator, on job training, internal auditor Project 365 and represents Ward as a unit rounds.
2. Volume/need based justification: 1
3. Actual/Average/Projected IP/OP/Others volumes per day: IP average volume is 180 Increased to 200. OP Volume-540 and others 50 per day.
4. Actual/average task & time taken to perform such task:
1.Administration duty- heading nursing as a second line(ANS)- 2Hours
2. Patient safety officer duty- 1Hour
3. Coordinating Camp-1 Hour
4. On-job training-1 Hour
5. Representing the Ward as a unit rounds- 4 Hour

1. Internal Audit- 6 hours/month
Total 9 Hours
5. Standard TAT for disposal as per Apollo Benchmarks: 2 Months
