Set up of CNC milling machines based on the provided information out of the CAM office (3 axis and 5 axis milling)
Independent processing of defined work processes (machine set up sheet)
Modification of CNC programs
Correction of tool and datum offset data s
Monitoring of the cutting tools
Time record of the manufactured parts
Feedback of production optimization to the team leader/CAM programmer
Maintenance of the CNC machine
Ensure order and cleanliness in assigned area of responsibility
Other duties as assigned by Management What makes you great
Diploma in Tool & Die making 4 years
Knowledge to operate and program CNC milling, cutting tools, work holders, Jigs & fixtures
Basic knowledge MS Office (Word, Excel, Power point ) What you can expect working with us
