Role And Responsibilities
Sourcing new clients and review ongoing financing needs of existing clients. Due Diligence and closure on indicative term sheets. Provide advisory services on project financing, and closure on facility documentation
Responsible for preparing credit Approvals Memos.
Responsible for preparing balance sheet and proposals.
Preparation of clients pitches and documents /Brochures for submission.
A candidates will be responsible for large portfolio and large corporate.
Preparation of credit proposal and financial model of corporate clients Closely working with credit team to ensure quality lending decisions
Financial Analysis and Project Appraisal for Debt Structuring
Preparing Credit Note, Term Sheet and Executing Loan documentation .
Due diligence, preparation of financial model, term sheet negotiation, structuring
Determination of the key metrics viz. DSCR and I RR for establishing financial viability.
