Reports to a Resident Manager and assists them in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. Must have extensive knowledge of department processes.
Overseeing daily activities on the property mainly the Housekeeping staff. See to it that Housekeeping Checklist is followed.
Checking the complaint and register and address the issues fast.
Taking prompt action if any repair work need to be done by contacting the electrician and plumber relating to the issue.
Maintaining the different registers and assisting the Resident Manager for smooth functioning
Overseeing property maintenance and appearances. Is responsible for smooth functioning, upkeep. maintenance of the accommodation premises. Typically resides on the property and responds to emergencies immediately.
