Job Description:

Cloudhew Solutions is seeking a talented and experienced Associate AI/ML Architect to join our dynamic team in Bangalore, Karnataka. As an Associate AI/ML Architect, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and deploying state-of-the-art AI/ML architectures and solutions that are aligned with our clients’ business objectives. You will work closely with teams across multiple domains to bring cutting-edge AI models and technologies to life, ensuring that solutions are optimized for performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency while adhering to industry best practices in model development, governance, and deployment.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for shaping the direction of AI/ML architecture, strategy, and implementation across various client projects.

Key Responsibilities:

1. AI/ML Architecture & Strategy:

In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable, high-performance AI/ML architectures that meet business goals and deliver measurable outcomes. You will be the driving force behind the AI/ML solutions’ overall strategy, ensuring that the architecture is capable of handling both the current and future demands of the business.

• Design and Implement Scalable AI/ML Architectures: Your primary responsibility will be to design and build high-performance AI/ML architectures that scale according to the business needs. The solutions you create will need to be optimized for maximum performance, ensuring they are capable of handling large volumes of data and delivering results in real-time.
• Develop Best Practices for AI/ML Lifecycle Management: As an Associate AI/ML Architect, you will develop and enforce best practices for the entire lifecycle of AI/ML models. This will include model versioning, management, and governance, ensuring that the models are always operating at their peak efficiency and remain compliant with internal standards and industry regulations.
• Drive MLOps Adoption: In your role, you will advocate for the adoption of MLOps (Machine Learning Operations) practices. This involves automating the entire machine learning lifecycle, from model training and deployment to monitoring and maintaining models in production. You will be responsible for building a robust pipeline that supports continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) workflows for AI/ML models.

2. Model Development & Optimization:

As part of the team, you will be working on building and fine-tuning AI/ML models for various applications, including predictive analytics, natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, and deep learning. The models you create will need to be optimized for performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency.

• Build and Fine-Tune AI/ML Models: You will design and implement advanced AI/ML models that power a range of applications, from predictive analytics to NLP and computer vision. You will work with different model types, including deep learning models, to deliver sophisticated solutions that solve complex business problems.
• Optimize Models for Performance and Accuracy: One of your core responsibilities will be to ensure that the AI/ML models you develop are optimized for performance and accuracy. You will continuously monitor the performance of the models and make necessary adjustments to improve their efficiency and effectiveness. Cost-efficiency will also be a critical factor in your model optimization efforts, balancing the need for cutting-edge performance with operational costs.
• Ensure Ethical AI & Explainability: In your role, you will ensure that all AI solutions adhere to ethical AI principles. This includes making sure that the models are fair, transparent, and explainable. You will be responsible for ensuring that the models you develop avoid biases and operate within the bounds of ethical AI guidelines, giving clients confidence in the fairness and explainability of the AI-driven decisions.

3. Data Engineering & Processing:

Data engineering is at the heart of AI/ML development. In this role, you will architect and manage complex data pipelines that handle both structured and unstructured data sources. You will work with large-scale datasets and ensure that the data is processed and prepared efficiently for use in AI models.

• Architect Data Pipelines for AI Workloads: You will be responsible for designing and implementing data pipelines that enable the seamless flow of data for AI applications. This includes integrating multiple data sources and ensuring that data is preprocessed and cleaned to meet the high standards required for AI model training.
• Big Data Frameworks & Technologies: You will work with big data frameworks such as Spark, Hadoop, and Databricks to process large datasets efficiently. This will involve using distributed computing technologies to handle the massive amounts of data that AI models require for training and testing.
• Real-Time AI Processing: One of the key areas of focus will be enabling real-time AI processing. You will leverage technologies such as Kafka, Flink, and similar tools to ensure that data is processed in real-time, allowing the AI models to make quick decisions and respond to changing conditions in real-time environments.

4. AI/ML Deployment & Cloud Integration:

As an Associate AI/ML Architect, you will also be responsible for deploying AI models onto cloud platforms and ensuring seamless integration with enterprise applications. This includes deploying models to scalable cloud environments and ensuring that they can be accessed by other systems and services.

• Deploy AI Models on Cloud Platforms: You will deploy AI/ML models to cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, and GCP. Using services such as SageMaker, Azure ML, and Vertex AI, you will manage the deployment, monitoring, and scaling of AI solutions in the cloud.
• Implement Containerized Deployments: You will be responsible for implementing containerized deployments using technologies like Kubernetes and Docker. Containerization will enable AI models to be deployed and managed efficiently, with the added benefit of scalability and ease of updates in production environments.
• Integrate AI Models with Enterprise Applications: Once the models are deployed, you will integrate them with other enterprise applications via APIs, microservices, and edge computing. This will ensure that AI-driven decisions and insights can be seamlessly incorporated into the broader business ecosystem.

Job Requirements:

Experience:

• A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML architecture, design, and development.
• Strong experience with MLOps practices, cloud-based AI/ML deployment, and real-time data processing.
• Proven experience in designing and deploying large-scale AI/ML architectures, particularly in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).

Education:

• A Post Graduate degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Engineering, or Data Science is required.

Skills & Competencies:

• Deep Knowledge of AI/ML Models and Algorithms: You should be comfortable working with various AI/ML models, including deep learning, reinforcement learning, NLP, and computer vision models.
• Data Engineering Expertise: A solid understanding of data pipelines, big data frameworks, and real-time data processing technologies is essential.
• Cloud Computing Proficiency: Familiarity with major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and services like SageMaker, Azure ML, and Vertex AI.
• MLOps and CI/CD Expertise: You should have a strong grasp of MLOps practices, automating workflows for model training, deployment, and monitoring.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly to stakeholders.
