Job Description Position: Process Trainer./Senior Process Trainer. Rolls & Responsibilities: Provide trainings for new hires which have a batch of a minimum of approx. 25 candidates and Responsible for the delivery of Both Soft Skill and Product training, and also responsible for refresher trainings. Responsible to conduct trainings for Telecom Products and Applications Responsible to conduct trainings for ecommerce products and applications Responsible for identifying performance gaps and working upon the same in line with process / product/client and individual requirements Conducting Monthly Product Knowledge test for the agents and supervisors Controlling Attrition & Absenteeism during and training and OJ Develops and delivers other operational training requirements Responsible for identifying performance gaps and working upon same in line with Client/production requirements Coaching and feedback for the bottom performers through classroom training sessions Preparing Training need analysis and mapping the pre and post refresher Performances of agents Develop & publish classroom rules, guidelines. Maintain current curriculum & instructional practices Responsible for the delivery of both soft skill, sales / product training. Required Profile: Minimum 2 Yrs of experience In BPO industry as Trainer Excellent communication skills Minimum qualification is graduate Excellent presentation and facilitation skills Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word, Access, Excel, e-mail system Qualitative and quantitative analytical skills.
