Job Purpose :
To implement, monitor, maintain and Improve application infrastructure so as to achieve maximum availability for messaging Services within defined SLAs & achieve 24*7*365 service availability.Evaluate, Recommend, Design & Support Implementation and transition into operation of technological solutions for Service enhancements, problem solving, Performance Improvements, enhanced capacity and/or new features to meet business requirements in infrastructure application domain.
Principal Accountabilities :
A. Operations Management
To Drive the Email operations in order to ensure defined SLAs are met for email services present in Exchange On-prem &O365 environment.
To ensure governance & implement the proper processes for execution of day to day operations to maintain the desired Service Levels 100% adherence of the processes by operations team as per growing business needs and anticipate operational technical issues.
Implement new operational processes through tools Guide Support Staff for Operations & technical support
Monitoring the processes on regular basis for effectively adherence to the SLA.Review periodically the performance against defined standards
Implement fixtures on the areas of improvement
Regularly review and determine the availability requirements in the Infrastructure application and device the availability plan
B. Provisioning
To design and develop the services in Infra application service domain based on the time to time business requirements and market trends.
Study and evaluate appropriate products, Technologies.
Define the SOW & SLA’s to suit business needs by co-ordinating with appropriate Partners.
Conduct a feasibility study with respect to functionality v/s requirement
To get the buy-in from management to implement the proposed solution
Rollout the new services.
C Evaluation of new Technology
To evaluate new Technologies in Email Infrastructure for effective management and improve the service quality & to derive business benefits.
Study and evaluate new technologies for Infra Apps domain by coordinating with appropriate OEM& rsquo;s considering business needs.Conduct a technical feasibility study with respect to functionality v/s requirement.Prepare & Submit the techno-commercial comparison

D Solution Design
To design the technical solution for internal ABG customers for their Email requirements so as to enable them to meet their business demands in shortest possible time frame and minimum cost
Study and evaluate new technologies for Email domain by co-ordinating with appropriate OEM’s and considering business needs.Conduct a technical feasibility study with respect to functionality v/s requirement.Prepare & Submit the techno-commercial comparison

E Process Adherence
To facilitate businesses for ITIL / ISO 20000 & 27001 framework in order to maintain the standards.Archive 100% adherence to all the rolled-out process.
Front-end the periodical audits conducted in Datacenter and ensure closure of the NCs identified in Infrastructure application domain
