We are hiring for the Inbound Technical Support Process for our Salt Lake Office
Experience: 1year to 5years in Technical support(Computers,Printers and Router support in BPO)
CTC: 1.5Lacs to 2.5Lacs
Shift: US Shift
Process: Inbound Technical Support.
Job Role:
1. Speaking with customers of US through cold calling and resolving issues.
2. Provide them with solutions and sale relevant services and packages.
3. Close calls with proper service and take payments from the authorise gateway
Criteria:
Need Experience in international BPO InSales
Technical support Sales (outbound/Inbound) experience preferable
Must have good Communication skill
Should have knowledge in call closing and Sales for tech support
Flexible for Night shift
