Job Description Key Responsibilities
Analyzing all relevant cyber security event data and other data sources for attack indicators and potential security breaches.
Provide real- time response to incidents.
Track and monitor network, host, and desktop activities for suspicious behavior
Identify misuse, malware, or unauthorized activity on monitored networks. Report the activity appropriately as determined by the customer.
Build and nurture positive working relationships with clients with the intention to exceed client expectations.
Communicate with clients in an organized and knowledgeable manner.
Act as a technical resource to the customer in support of Sales during the entire sales cycle.
Creating and drafting documents such as, corporate/information security policies; incident response plans; and disaster recovery & business continuity plans.Skills / Requirements
Bachelor s Degree.
Position requires 0- 4 years experience in cyber security analysis, incident response, or related IT/Security experience.
Working knowledge of network security tools, network analyzers, and network management software.
Able to translate technical security requirements into language understandable by all business and technical owners.
