Raw mango Salad is a perfect dish to have as a detox meal. This salad is low in calories and yet high in fiber and other nutrients. The raw mango used in this salad is a sweet version. You can either use ‘Totapairi’ or any type of Thai raw mangoes.

Other Ingredients

  • 1 Raw mango I used totapairi or any other sweet variety of Kairi
  • 1 red capsicum sliced
  • ½ onion thinly sliced
  • 1 cucumber julienned
  • ¼ cup finely chopped coriander leaves
  • 1 Green chili finely chopped

For Salad dressing

  • ½ teaspoon red chili powder
  • ½ teaspoon cumin powder
  • ½ teaspoon chat masala powder
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper powder
  • 1 teaspoon black salt
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • ½ cup fresh orange juice

For Garnish

  • 1 teaspoon kalonji nigella seeds
  • 1 teaspoon red chili flakes
  • Chop all the salad vegetables and fruits.

  • Take a large glass bowl, and add all the veggies along with the salad dressing.

  • Place the salad bowl in the refrigerator for 30 to 50 minutes before serving.
