Craig Conover Denies Paige DeSorbo’s Claims He Texted Other Women

 

Craig Conover broke his silence after ex-girlfriend Paige DeSorbo claimed he was texting other women during their three-year relationship.

“It was disappointing to see the direction that her and her show went,” Conover, 36, confessed in a clip from his appearance on the Tamron Hall show obtained by Us Weekly on Friday, February 14, referring to DeSorbo’s allegations on the season 9 premiere of Summer House. (Conover’s interview will be shown in its entirety on Monday, February 17.)

At the end of the Wednesday, February 12, episode of the Bravo hit, DeSorbo got real about her and Conover’s split and how it was playing out in the press.

“I’m like, ‘Craig, what are you talking about?’ I feel like you’re so betraying me right now,” DeSorbo, 32, told her friends in a scene that was filmed six months after the rest of the season in summer 2024.

After publicly denying that she was unfaithful to Conover during their relationship — which Conover claimed he didn’t ever say — she was frustrated.

“You’re going to let people say that I’m a cheater,” DeSorbo continued, speaking about the Southern Charm star before claiming, “I caught you texting two bitches in the course of our relationship.”

Conover, meanwhile, denied any infidelity on his part during his Tamron Hall talk show appearance.

“Shep [Rose], my costar on Southern Charm was like, ‘That’s the most frustrating thing about you, is how loyal you are,’” Conover teased, before claiming, “So I’ve never cheated.”

When host Tamron Hall asked why DeSorbo would have thought he was “corresponding with someone else” he explained that her comments came well after they had broken up in November 2024.

“That wasn’t part of our breakup. That was filmed later on,” he said, revealing, “I think it was a retaliatory scene.”

Conover noted that DeSorbo got “a lot of backlash for the breakup, which I was disappointed at,” hinting that her remarks were in response to the haters.

“At the end of the day, she fell out of love, or I wasn’t the right person for her, I think that’s OK, well it is OK,” he explained. “If someone’s not right for you, you only live once. Go find your person.”

Elsewhere in the interview, Conover said he is a “pretty positive person” and he is trying to focus on the good that came with his and DeSorbo’s relationship.

“I’m just grateful for the three years of a relationship that we had. It was really great,” he shared. “I’m 100 times a better version of myself now than I was and I think she is too.”

DeSorbo announced her and Conover’s split in December 2024. She later revealed that she broke up with him over Thanksgiving weekend after some fans started to question if she’d moved on too fast.

DeSorbo was rumored to be seeing comedian Marcello Hernandez earlier this year and then linked to a mystery man while sitting at a Philadelphia Eagles game.

She shut down the rumors during a February episode of her “Giggly Squad” podcast, denying she was ever unfaithful to Conover.

“Let me say this here and now: I did not move on with some new guy,” she said on the February 3 episode. “I’m single. I don’t have a new boyfriend. I did not cheat — not on my ex-boyfriend.”

Conover addressed the topic during the February 6 episode of Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen, saying he didn’t “want to be involved” in that narrative.

“I never said you cheated, so I’m not part of this,” he said, noting he didn’t like how the Summer House cast was claiming he wasn’t “defending her” on Reddit threats about her allegedly cheating.
