Cathie is currently the Director and Chief Clinical Officer at Rodericks Dental. Her responsibilities include the governance of the organisation, setting the strategic direction, developing aims and objectives as well as short and long-term goals.

Cathie is also a Training Program Director for Foundations Dentists, responsible for overseeing educational curriculum development and mapping each year.

Cathie has previous experience of Board level work as a Council Member of the General Dental Council, and a member of the Policy and Research Board and Audit and Risk Committee.
